Kegley's Construction LLC is a residential contractor for excavation-demolition land cleaning and other services for residential customers and residential contractors home builders only. 

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES All customers requesting estimates for residential properties must be the property owner. Property owners must be available to meet in person on the property address where estimates are requested no exceptions.

Out of state property owners with properties located in Mississippi we will do an estimate upon the following condition. customer provide correct information including first and last name must include other persons that may be on the records to locate property information at the local court or tax assessors office. All payments will be due 100% payable to Kegley's Construction LLC  We will except. Money Orders. Cashiers Check. Or Cash App. No Personal Checks Business Checks Or Credit Cards Bank/Debt Cards. But we recommend you to meet in person.     

Kegley's Construction LLC will not provide estimates for renters or leasers. 

Kegley's Construction LLC does do a county property owner check with the local tax assessors office. and GPS property lines to find the owner of the properties to assure you are the owner of the property where estimates are being provided.

Kegley's Construction LLC is more idea company for residential property and residential contractors projects only. however we will only clean up the property only! such as brush trash and stump removal up to 10'' inches. Removal of old buildings and materials. Dig and back fill for septic systems and pip lines we limit our hours to 40 hours per job.   

Notice: Commercial G.C. General Contractors will be required to sign the work order agreements provided by Kegley's Construction LLC  payments for services will become due upon completion of work.   

General contractors should have all project plans and property information before we will submit estimates and bids also forms from MS811.
